Refunds & Returns
As a guarantee that our customers are not paying for second hand jewellery or returned items, we do not have a refund, return or exchange policy. Each piece is custom made to your ring size whether it is purchased from the online catalog or custom made offline. Due to the nature of customisation, each piece of jewellery is crafted to fit the individual customer.

You can speak to us directly if you have questions about your ring and carat size or the styles we carry.

Resize
We offer a complimentary resize service for all customers who place an order online without a physical appointment to view or try the rings. More information here. Resize is chargeable at SGD 60.00 onwards. If your ring has engraving, the resizing process will remove engraving and should you wish to re-engrave, the cost is $60. Shipping Costs
Customers bear the cost of shipping should they wish to return the ring for resize or repair. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
