EleganTrend Warranty Policies

Lifetime Guarantee

EleganTrend is dedicated to delivering the highest quality jewelry, which is why we provide a Lifetime Guarantee for all purchases of non-custom, gold-plated, or vermeil jewelry. If your product becomes damaged, fades, or ceases to function under normal wear, this guarantee allows for a one-time replacement of the item.

If the item is no longer available, you can exchange it for another product of equal or lesser value. Once a damaged product is returned, it will be discarded, and we will not be able to reship it back to you. A Warranty Processing Fee of $19.99 will apply to all warranty replacements.

Exclusions and Limitations

The Lifetime Guarantee only applies to non-custom, gold-plated, and vermeil jewelry. The following items are excluded:

  • Custom items
  • Solid gold items
  • Watches
  • Apparel

Watch Warranty

All EleganTrend watches include a 1-Year Warranty. An optional 2-Year Extended Warranty is available for $99 USD if purchased within 30 days of the original purchase date.

What’s Covered:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship (hands, dial, and watch movement)

What’s Not Covered:

  • Battery, case, stones, strap, or bracelet
  • Damage due to improper handling, negligence, accidents, or normal wear and tear

Note:
The free warranty is void if the watch is damaged by accidents, unauthorized service, or improper care. A $49 repair fee will apply to covered repairs.

Watch Extended Service Plan

The EleganTrend Extended Service Plan (ESP) adds one additional year of coverage to the standard warranty if purchased within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Additional Benefits Include:

  • An extra year of warranty coverage
  • One-time missing stone replacement

Custom Item Warranty + Repairs

Custom items are final sale purchases. All customized jewelry is covered by a 30-Day Quality Guarantee, which includes a one-time, free repair for defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery.

Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by water, accidents, or missing stones

After 30 days, repairable issues will be subject to a $99 repair fee. Repairs for severe damage may incur additional charges.

Important:
Damage caused by water will void the warranty and repair service.

Solid Gold Repairs

Solid gold items are final sale purchases. EleganTrend offers repair services for solid gold items at a standard fee of $99 for future repairable issues.
