At EleganTrend, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase, we’re here to help with a hassle-free refund and returns process. This policy outlines the terms for returning items and requesting refunds.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for 30 days from the date you receive your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All tags, certificates of authenticity, and original packaging are intact.
  • Custom or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at support@elegantrend.org with your order number, the reason for the return, and supporting photos if the item is damaged or defective.

  2. Approval:
    Once your return request is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions.

  3. Ship the Item:
    Send the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the RAN. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Refunds

  • Processing Time:
    Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refund Method:
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer valid, please contact us at support@elegantrend.org for assistance.

  • Non-Refundable Fees:
    Original shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value if the original item is returned in eligible condition. To request an exchange, email us at support@elegantrend.org and follow the same process outlined above.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will replace the item at no additional cost or offer a full refund.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or engraved jewelry.
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Gift cards.
  • Final Sale items.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:
